In this unit we learned about the three different types of stretching, dynamic, static active, and static passive stretching.
We also learned about other types of stretching which include, dynamic, ballistic, static active, static passive, isometric, and PNF stretching.
We then had to define these different types of stretching depending on movements which can be related back to critical thinking of the 6 C's. These types of stretches can be used pre-workout, post-workout, or as a workout and stretch on their own.
