  • We learned about the 6 skill components of fitness which include power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, reaction time.

  • We also learned about the importance of fitness training tests.

  • This unit was fun to learn about because I never knew that there was certain skill components associated with fitness. It was also interesting to learn about the various ways to test each skill component in different challenges.
