Choice Section

The most important part of my training I believe is conditioning at the end of every football practice. Although I don´t find it very fun I always feel happier and healthier afterwords. My coach adds more running each week to allow the team to always feel pushed to a point of overload and force my body to continue to adapt and recover after every workout. I think I could improve my training by adding more specificity to my workouts. I´ve started to feel like i´m doing the same thing all the time and I think I would improve a lot of I spent more time focusing on my technique
