The university application process can sometimes create a certain level of stress. It can be challenging to identify the right higher education options that will fit their interests, academic ability, and budget – and where there are still seats available.
But there’s a new way to help you find your higher education path. It’s student-centric, equitable, and will help you discover possibilities that you hadn’t previously considered. It’s called Concourse, and it flips the script on admissions.
On Concourse, universities do the searching and send you offers of admission and scholarships.
* At the beginning of the academic year in Grade 12.
* If your academic plans or your financial situation changes.
* If you receive different grades than expected and need new admission offers.
* If your applications were denied and you need new offers.
STEP #1: Towards the end of Grade 11, you are invited by your university counsellors to create a comprehensive profile. Here you will include academic information, interests, and other key information. Although you start creating your profile whilst you are in Grade 11, you are not eligible to receive offers until you have the official final grades from Grade 11.
STEP #2: Your student profile is certified by the school.
STEP #3: You may receive offers of admission and scholarships from universities. You will review these with your families and university counsellor.
STEP #4: You complete the process and benefit from opportunities you had probably not realised were possible.
