Grand Demo

I did my Grand Demonstration on November 22nd, 2024. My topic is Ecosystem with specifically at The Ecosystem Components (Biotic and Abiotic). The learning model that I use is 5E, with both traditional media and digital media. 

I try to be not nervous, but there is an error at the preparation that my laptop hardly connected to the Smart TV. It was make me panicking, but I try to be calm and start the lesson first. Suddenly, after I checking the students' attendance, when the second laptop come, suddenly my laptop can be connected. After that, I gained back my confidence. The students enthusiasms also made me excited to continue the lesson until finished.

After the lesson finished, I had post-conference with the supervising teacher, Ma'am Baltazar. I didn't expected the result is great. She pointing my strengths like:

• Patients with the students, not bluffing them. She told me if patients is the key of teaching.

• Having knowledge more than from book.

• Already applied students-centered learning.

• Having few variative activities in the class.

• Made out-standing case study.

• Flexible during the lesson, but also firm to the students. Set the boundaries between teacher and students.

• Etc.

She also pointed my weakness. She told me that I looks nervous obviously at the first, but the nervousness gone on the another time.

After that, we exchange the gifts. I brought gifts from UNS to Ma'am Baltazar and she gift me the books that I need for my thesis. Thank you so much Ma'am!

She also invite me to do the laboratory activities!
