1) Navigate to Graduation Indicator
On your course selection page, navigate to the right of the page to the “graduation indicator”
You can see a brief overview of the number of courses you have planned, completed, how many more you need to complete the requirement, and the amount of courses required in total
Adding courses to your course selection will automatically update your graduation indicator
2) Scroll Down and Click View Progress
You can see the summary of your progress on the top, with the number of credits required to graduate, along with how many credits you have earned and planned.
Right underneath, you can see how many compulsory credits you have earned
Beneath that shows you each of the compulsory credit categories
The columns on the right display how many credits you have earned, planned, and are required, of the category indicated on the left
Green check marks indicate that you have planned and/or completed the required amount of credits
Grey check marks indicate that you need to complete or plan the required credit(s)
Going further down, you can see how many elective courses you have completed out of the total requirement, along with how many you have planned
Finally at the bottom, you can see the additional requirements needed for graduating
Don’t worry if you have completed a requirement but the check marks are grey; they will be updated by your guidance counselor in your official records
If you have any questions, you can contact your alpha guidance counselor
To change your requirements, (e.g. instead of an OSSD, you are working towards and Ontario Secondary School Certificate,) click on the three dots on the top of the graduation indicator page, click on “change requirements,” and select your option
