How will I be assessed?
Unit 1: Portfolio (Coursework)
2 Projects = 96 marks
Equates to 60% of final grade.
Candidates produce a portfolio of work made up of a minimum 2 different project themes/starting points.
Unit 2: Externally Set Task (Exam)
1 Projects = 96 marks
Equates to 40% of final grade.
Candidates select one question from the exam paper (released January of examination year) to which they produce a personal response.
Candidates will be given a period of time determined by the Centre in which to prepare and ten hours of controlled time in which to realise their intentions to outcome.
