Time Management Philosophies to Embrace
Raise your hand (when it starts to get bad)
2-Minute Rule
If it's not in the Management System, it didn't happen
Eat the Frog (with your priorities). Do the hardest thing first thing in the day!

Getting Cleaned Up
Confirm: how many overdue tasks do you have?
Divide that by 10 working days
This is how many you need to clear out each day, in addition to your regularly scheduled work
Getting Clean
Update due dates to correct and accurate dates
Close activities that have been completed
Identify past their prime activities
Example: four-month-old cross-sale follow-up
Take your tasks for the day and prioritize them
Follow up like you are going on vacation...
Stay focused and work on hitting your goal
You only need one place to work from and it's the Management System!
Discussion
Could we start communicating about clients in the system vs. email?
What is the fear?
What would it take?
What would it improve?
How can we get started?
Homework
Open your Management System first
Eat the frog, then email
Start communicating on client activities via tasks
Raise your hand
Make sure to update the email tracker weekly!
