We deleted call recordings from Vonage to cut back on billing and also since the calls are saved in Ezlynx.
All Call Recordings downloaded is located in a shared google drive called Mail and Vonage Archive. Message operations for access
Call Recordings started 04/2021.
There is no call recording from 04/01/2021 to 6/1/2021. Call recording starts at 6/2/2021, Sir Carlo retrieve some of the calls on the Recycle bin from the time frame of 5/01/2021 to 6/5/2021, and downloaded 6/4/2021 - 6/5/2021
Missing recordings-call recording was turned off because our storage was full

Login to your SS Gmail account
Go to Google Drive
Find the Shared Drives
Click Streetsmart
Find the Operations folder
Click Process and Reports, then Vonage call recordings
Check the index list to search if that phone number is in there first by clicking into the applicable date range. It is broken up by month/week📅
Login to Vonage Admin using Sir Carlo’s credentials.
Click the Phone System ☎️
Find the Company Recordings and click it.
Click the magnifying glass icon, then a new window will pop out🔎
Input the Date of the Call you want to search on the date tab
Hit Search
Click Download all or Bulk Edit to download the file.
Once you click the Download all, a new window will open
Click the Download All button, and the Zip file will be downloaded.

Voice receptionists
VR forwards the call to an external telephone number.
Please go to the admin portal >>phone system >>virtual receptionist.
Go to schedules and call flows >> Select after hours>> click edit.
Click the pencil icon to enter a number.
Choose the country code.
Enter the external number.
NOTE: Calls forwarded to an outside line incur a $0.03/min charge. International rates apply.
Select the Caller ID to display or leave as Originating Caller ID to display the number that initiated the call.
Click Save

Sign in to the Admin Portal.
Click Phone System, then click Call Groups.
Click Settings, then select or deselect the option to Allow members to access Call Group voicemails in the Desktop and Mobile apps.
Click Save.
Nithin: 2nd. You can disable the voicemail in that extension and you can forward the calls to an external number in that extension.

There you can setup the options linke ring this extension,
for how many rings - you can click on the options.
