We are sending ringless voice messages for certain transactions rather than calling the customer.🤫 This would then be pushed back into the system. It works by adding a label to a note and then it will dial out to the customer.
When user selects 1 on prompt it goes to (848) 444-6251
Calls only go out between 9AM-5PM (weekdays), so for example if you add a cancellation note to a customer at 10PM at note it will not fire until 9AM next weekday.⏰ If you see calls going out at different times please let Carlo know.
