Loss Runs Pro helps us get insurance history reports (loss runs) from companies when we're not the current agent. To use it, we fill out a simple online form with the customer's information and policy details. The system then sends an e-signature request to the customer. Once signed, the request goes to the insurance company. We can track the request's status on the website. This video shows you exactly how to fill out that form and track those requests.
If you are ever in need of requesting loss runs for a client (for policies we did not control, for example, we write GL from 2023-2025 but not 2020-2023). This is a great tool to use.
