At StreetSmart, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. To ensure this, we have a rigorous quality assurance process in place.
We check the performance of each employee on a regular basis. This includes reviewing their work, observing their interactions with customers, and getting feedback from their peers. ๐๐ค
To maintain eligibility for our quarterly bonus, employees must maintain a certain grade (this is decided on your annual KPI with your team lead). For each quality assurance check, everyone starts at 100, and points are deducted for violations, (unacceptable actions, and not following steps or considering what ifs) see below. โ ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
The following is a breakdown of the point deductions:
Standard: -5 points ๐
Unacceptable Action: -10 points ๐ก
Steps: -5 points ๐ฃ
What ifs?: -10 points โ
