When a client goes above our threshold the quotes will automatically be quoted (Home and Auto) (see Retention Automated Quoting)

Filter your work out by using the following filters
Flow 1 :View by manual only to view manual only renewals
Flow 2: Filter by status Account Review, Pending UW, Quoted, Empty
Pending: No action needed waiting on the renewal
Renewal list manual and download (renewal has been received)
Use the compare feature under Policies ⚖️
We are no longer sending emails and texts for all workflows (regardless of high or low risk), instead we created a workflow for each department that will be assigned to the renewal manager (applicable CSR) to take care of the renewal process.
Renewal Commercial - For commercial lines account, renewal task will be assigned to Sandy Santana💼
Renewal Trucking - For trucking, renewal task will go to the applicable CSR🚛
Renewal Personal - For personal lines, renewal task will go to the applicable CSR🏡
High risk refers to the renewals that require immediate attention, premium increased🔥
Low Risk may be some manual renewals to make sure they get applications signed etc.

If it is direct bill and low risk let close it out but check the renewal for subjectivities if docs need to be signed (the renewal offer document). Email the underwriter and ask too. CL Carrier List 📧
If it is an agency bill, keep it open. Check to make sure the apps have been sent and/or payment has been requested. Make sure a bind request is sent to the carrier
This is used to track renewals in the retention center. It is not the same as renewal labels in the activity. These Statuses can be used in the expiration list and renewal list.
Make sure CSRs are assigned in the renewal or expiration list.
