Understanding the Client Center 🎥

• Always make sure that the email and mobile number is correct as there is no password to login to the Client Center rather it is an identification code sent to the customer.✉️ 📱

• For commercial accounts you will need to make sure anyone that needs to access the client center that they are added as a contact and "enable client center" needs to be clicked"💼

  • Multiple Accounts -if they have multiple accounts they can click the Avatar (Face) in top right hand side on desktop or on mobile click menu to access this to navigate between them. Make sure the same email and mobile number are in file 🗄️

• Troubleshoot Login issue (make sure cookies allowed) and Clear Cookies/Cache🔧
