Auto Renewal Underwriting List
Renewal Questionnaires: Selective is sending questionnaires to clients for auto renewals (covering drivers, vehicle use, etc.) as part of an effort to re-underwrite/non-renew risks.
Deadline: Reach out to clients to complete these questionnaires 60 days before their renewal date.
Guidance Policy: You cannot coach clients on how to complete the questionnaire. Simply notify them to complete it and send it back to the agency and to Selective's service center at clientservicecenter@selective.com.
Notice of Cancellation (NOC) Restrictions: Selective will not reinstate policies that enter a notice of cancellation status, even if the request is made before the actual cancellation date.
Action Required: Proactively move these policies to automatic payments to avoid missing payments and triggering an NOC
