To qualify, referrals must not only be provided, but they must also result in a sale. Simply requesting referrals does not meet the criteria. The referred lead needs to convert into a paying customer for the referral to be considered valid.  Use this for cross department referrals (if a commercial account manager refers a personal account and it refers in a sale then the the commercial account manager receives the $25 and vice versa)

The same qualifications apply for technicians as they do for account managers. Any coverage related questions need to be discussed with the account managers.
'Autopay Set Up' = EFT done + policy verified by the finance/carrier. Regular PIF is not eligible unless on recurring AutoPay.
