Use the Zoom tool in Brightspace to easily create class meetings and automatically share recordings with students in your class.
Click Zoom from the navigation bar in your course site
Click the blue Schedule a New Meeting button
Complete the form on the next page to set up your Zoom session
Click Save at the bottom of the screen
Your Zoom meeting has been scheduled! When it's time to start the meeting, navigate to Zoom again and click "Start" next to the meeting. Students will be able to see all the meetings you schedule in your course site and will also be able to join the meetings from this page.
Make sure you're signed into the Zoom application on your computer via SSO before you start your meeting from Brightspace.
