Hello SEU Alumni! The University Archives wants to record your story as part of Memories from the Hilltop project. Your time at SEU is a story that is unique to you and we want to preserve it for future generations. Will you be near campus soon? If so, consider booking an appointment to sit for a 20-30 minute interview in Munday Library with our archives staff.
What to expect during your interview: In the comfort of Munday Library’s Tocker Reading Room, surrounded by displays from the university’s archives, you’ll have a recorded conversation with a member of the archives team. They will ask you about what campus activities you took part in, who made the biggest impact on you during your time here, and encourage you to share your fondest recollections. You can also expect them to snap a quick photograph of you to add to the file.
A few weeks later your interview will be added to the website where more than 50 of your fellow alumni have already shared their stories. This website is used by current student scholars researching the university’s history and by former Hilltoppers taking a stroll down memory lane. The only thing missing is your voice.
