Interview Summary: Jacqueline Flores graduated from St. Edward’s in December of 2020 with her MSLC (Master of Science in Leadership and Change). Her undergrad years were spent at St. Mary’s in San Antonio, having found her way to St. Edward’s after her younger sister’s enrollment as an undergraduate. Her time on the Hilltop was interrupted by the COVID-19 outbreak in early 2020, but Jacqueline believes this helped her to fully understand the importance of positive organizational change. Though the pandemic resulted in an abbreviated graduation ceremony; Jacqueline still fondly remembers rooting her class ring at Sorin Oak.
