Parish Pastoral Council

The Pastoral Council is the central consultative body in the parish and assists the pastor in the direction of the parish.  The Council discerns the needs of the parish community, oversees parish goals, and assists in setting parish priorities. Along with the pastor, the pastoral associate, and a member of the Finance Council the Pastoral Council consists of 10 parishioners who serve three-year terms.

Join the Parish Council

Are you ready to make a difference for the members of our Parish? Consider joining the Parish Pastoral Council and help guide the future of St. Christopher Church. We have four open positions and are excited to welcome fresh perspectives and new faces.

To run for Parish Council, you must be 18 years or older, a baptised and confirmed Catholic, and a registered member of St. Christopher. Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. If elected, you must be willing to commit to a three-year term of service.  

Submit your interest form by April 13. Forms are available in the bulletin racks at the back of church and linked below. Please return your completed form to Lisa Doerner, Parish Council Chair, at doernerlm@gmail.com or drop off your completed form to the Parish Office or in the collection basket at Mass.
