Zoom
Overview of Zoom
Zoom is a cloud-based software that allows video conferencing. With a free account, users have a 40 minute limit on video conferencing length. You need a camera and microphone to use this tool. Zoom can be used with a microphone, not engaging the video portion of the tool. Zoom also allows screen share capabilities. You can share your desktop with faculty and classmates. Zoom webinars work well for group work, meeting with your faculty, and one-on-one meetings.
