Overview of Google Documents
Google Documents allow you to create documents [much like Microsoft Word] and share those documents with others.Â
Step 1: Find [or create] the file you want to share
Share a single file
On a computer, go to Google Drive, and share Docs, Sheets, or Slides.
Be aware that the Share Settings have a variety of permissions: can edit, can comment, can view
Click the file you want to share.
Click Share, select the Share Settings and permissions: can edit, can comment, can view and click Done.
