In online classes, video presentations are a great way to improve your learning and show that you understand the topics being taught. They help you explain ideas in your own words, making the information clearer and easier to remember. Video presentations also give you the opportunity to practice speaking and presenting, which are important skills to have in school and your future career. By creating a video, you can organize your thoughts and demonstrate what you’ve learned in an engaging and creative way.
This guide provides a step-by-step approach to creating and submitting video presentations using three key platforms: ScreenPal, YouTube, and Blackboard.
ScreenPal allows users to record themselves, their screens or both.
YouTube serves as a platform for hosting and sharing videos, and
Blackboard provides the submission portal, where students can turn in their work for grading.
You are asked to create a presentation for your class. Check out the following video if you don't know how to create a slide deck. If you need more information, you can find excellent step-by-step tutorials about Google Slides from GCF Global or visit their YouTube playlist, Google Slides.
