Air Care Colorado began using new tamper-resistant Print-On-Demand VIR and DR 2698 forms. Hand-written signatures on DR 2698 are replaced with electronic ones.

Changes to the Colorado State University – Pueblo Alumni License Plate Requirements
CSU-Pueblo discontinued individual authorization certificates. Any Colorado resident with a qualifying vehicle can now be issued this alumni license plate without a certificate.
