This indicates that a code and/or configuration change was implemented within the DRIVES system.Â
This indicates that after a review of the request, it was determined that no programming action was required. This can result from a number of situations such as a different request addressing the issue, being unable to recreate the issue, or because the requestor has asked that no action be taken at this time.
This indicates that an occurance took place which did impact the system, but did not require programming. This is most often used for major incidents such as an integration partner's system going down, or for setting up outages or other system events within the DRIVES system.
