User Support is a group of DRIVES subject matter experts responsible for supporting the County workers in their daily use of the DRIVES system.
The User Support Team operates Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. The team creates tickets and helps to address or route those tickets to appropriate supporting groups with the Office of Information Technology or within the Department of Revenue organization. If the issue you're experiencing requires development, they work with the Development Support Team to open an SQR. If you're just needing some immediate Training, they can connect you with the DMV Training Department.
