A Sprint commit is an enhancement to the Colorado DRIVES system that is being worked on by the Development Support Team. Each sprint commit is expected to be delivered to the stakeholders at the end of the sprint so that it can begin User Acceptance Testing. Eventually, once it passes User Acceptance Testing, the solution is moved to the production DRIVES environment.
The current sprint commits are tracked in the Sprint Backlog and Future Priorities worksheet, which you can bookmark. This sheet is updated usually once per business day.
For optimal viewing, it is recommended that you click on the expansion arrow in the upper right hand corner of the Google Sheet above.
There are 3 development teams that make up the Development Support team. Each team has 2 different tabs: Active and Archive
Active Tab -- This tab has any Sprint that still has something that has not been migrated to production
Archive Tab -- This tab has sprints that have had all work items migrated to production
County Stakeholders that run Vehicle Services transactions will want to primarily look at Team2 and Team3 tabs. Team2 is responsible County Vehicle Services, while Team3 is responsible for County Financials.
If you have questions on anything you see on the sheet, there is a primary contact at the end of each line. You should reach out to that primary contact via email, and they will respond as quickly as possible. Additionally, you can always reach out to the DRIVES Product Owner, Steven Crandall, with any question
The Development Support team conducts a Review of the development at the request of the business stakeholders. If a particular item is of interest to you to be demonstrated, please reach out to the ISD BA Leaders for your support team.
The Development Support team maintains the DRIVES Sprint Calendar page for your reference.
