This year, the administration and staff at Saint Albert have done their best to instill in our students and school families the idea that "YOU Matter". This has been a guiding principle that underscores the significance of every individual within our community. From students to parents, families to teachers, administration to the church, each of us plays a vital role in shaping our shared journey of growth, learning, and faith.
Students Matter: At Saint Albert the Great, our students are at the heart of everything we do. They are not just learners; they are cherished individuals with unique talents, dreams, and potential. Our mission is to create an environment where each student feels valued, supported, and empowered to excel academically, socially, and spiritually.
Parents and Families Matter: We recognize the crucial role parents and families play in a child's education and development. By fostering strong partnerships between home and school, we create a collaborative support system that enriches the educational experience and strengthens the bonds of our community.
Teachers Matter: Our dedicated faculty and staff are the backbone of our educational mission. They are mentors, guides, and role models who go above and beyond to inspire, challenge, and nurture our students. Through their passion, expertise, and commitment, they shape our student’s minds and instill a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.
Administration Matters: The administrative team provides leadership, vision, and strong support to ensure our school runs smoothly and the fulfillment of our mission. Our dedication to excellence, innovation, and inclusivity sets the tone for our community and paves the way for continued growth and success.
Church Matters: As a Catholic school, the church is the core of our identity and purpose. Our Catholic faith provides spiritual guidance, moral values, and a sense of belonging that enriches the lives of our students, families, and staff. Together, we nurture a community that is rooted in faith, love, and service to others.
At Saint Albert the Great, every member of our community matters. Together, we celebrate diversity, embrace inclusion, and value the dignity and worth of each individual. By respecting and honoring the unique contributions of every person, Saint Albert the Great is an environment where everyone can thrive and reach their potential.
We wish you a restful and safe summer. You matter to us!

Also, please read the policy below that is found in the SAAM handbook regarding quitting a team...
When an athlete quits a team, it leaves the team short on players and affects the morale of the team. It is not fair to the remaining team members and coaches. In an effort to dissuade quitting, any athlete that quits a team from the time team rosters are posted after tryouts, or before the 2nd practice for non-tryout sports to the end of the season will receive a suspension of eligibility and will not be allowed to participate in any sport within the next two (2) seasons (see pages 8-9) and will not be eligible to participate in the same sport the following year.
The suspension of eligibility can be appealed by the athlete’s parent(s)/guardian(s) with the SAAM Executive Committee. The parent(s)/guardian(s) must contact the SAAM Grievance Chair (see contact list on website) and request an appeal. The SAAM Committee will vote to uphold the suspension or restore eligibility.
This policy does not apply to Kindergarten, 1st grade or 2nd grade sports.
Please read the Parish Post to stay up to date with events and opportunities.

Looking for brotherhood and a strong sense of community? The St. Albert Men's Fellowship is just for you! The idea for the fellowship came about in 2022, when several parishioners began to get together informally to share ideas, opportunities and to sharpen one another in different ways. Over the years, the group has grown, and we're excited to formalize our gatherings at St. Albert, inviting all our parish brothers to come meet other like-minded men interested in forming strong friendships, deepening their faith, and participating in service.
"As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." Proverbs 17:17.
Join the Fellowship on Thursday, May 30th, 7:30pm in the Cafeteria for pizza and drinks! The group will be brainstorming ideas for future social gatherings and ways to get involved in parish life.
If interested in attending, please click this link to fill out the form and tell us more about yourself. If you have any questions, please contact Nick Norcia at NLNorcia@gmail.com
