St Agatha's Home Learning Support

Remote schooling 2.0

Hopefully you have seen that we have listened to feedback and adapted our model. Whilst the feedback was overwhelmingly positive the first time, the second time we want to be even better. That is why we have adopted Google Meets as our base platform.
Within three days, most classrooms are running at around 90% attendance via the Google Meets, with some at 100%, which is a phenomenal effort by the staff, students and families.

What we want you to know is that we are going to work hard to support you through this challenging time.

You can engage with us as little or as much as you need to. This website is created with that purpose in mind; to provide a simple snapshot of the Remote Learning program, and assist you in supporting your children.

We want you to know that we are determined to make this work and we'll work with you to ensure that it does; it is an historic time.

Through this website:

We will provide little clips to explain the platforms we are using.

We will provide Cyber Safe Videos that will support any issues of this nature that arise. The e-safety commission have already stated that reports of Cyberbullying and Cyber Crime have risen during the lock-down.

We will provide little videos for additional work you might like to try with your family at home.

We will provide some reliable sources of information you might need during this crisis.

We will hopefully provide some laughs for you to enjoy and an opportunity to stay connected to our community.

We will provide links to people that may be able to help with any IT issues.

We have all our teams' emails if you need to get in contact with one of our staff.
