Cooperative Education: South Shore Tech is proud to offer the benefit of cooperative education to our students and businesses within our communities. We rely on businesses to support our mission of providing rigorous and relevant hands-on instructional experiences in order to develop confident, civic-minded students who achieve ambitious career goals leading to their personal fulfillment, economic independence, and a positive impact on their community. SST Alumni: Our alumni graduate as skilled craftsmen in their trade. Having been through rigorous training while in high school, they graduate with over 1,000 hours of shop experience, and with a license (if applicable). Many of our alumni participated in the Cooperative Education Program in their junior and/or senior years, giving them on-the-job work experience before even entering the work force.
