Job Title: Printing and Testing Operator
Tekscan, Inc. is a technology leader in the development and manufacturing of tactile force and pressure measuring systems and sensors for medical, dental, commercial, and industrial applications. We are seeking an energetic individual to join our Sensor Printing and Test Department.
Job Purpose:
The Printing and Testing Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day production and testing of sensors. This position requires the safe and effective use of equipment to produce quality products that meet customer delivery requests and internal performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough end-of-manufacturing line testing of sensors to ensure functionality and adherence to quality standards.
Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the production process.
Operate and maintain printing equipment used in the manufacturing of sensors.
Ensure accurate and efficient production of sensors, adhering to specified standards and guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to printing and manufacturing processes.
Exhibit initiative, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and take verbal direction.
Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
Maintain attention to detail and possess basic math skills.
Follow written production documents and work instructions accurately.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Be flexible and versatile, capable of handling multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
Consideration will also be given to entry-level candidates who are quality-focused, self-reliant, have a technical aptitude, and a desire to learn a new skill set.
