Job Description: Mobile Fleet Maintenance - oil change & greasing. Help stock the truck in Marshfield and travel with the team to do oil changes and grease on 1 ton to Class A trucks & equipment. Some mechanical experience preferred, but training on the job. Room to grow & learn. Pay based on experience $20 and up
Afternoon/evening hours Tues - Fridays and days on Saturdays in a flexible schedule.
18 years or older.
Able to work outside in all weather
Reliable and hard working

GENERAL SUMMARY & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*
Cleaning vehicle and equipment interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards
Operating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations
Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles and equipment
Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s and equipment’s condition; notifying superior of any broken/defective parts or equipment
Managing inventory and reordering supplies
Work with the maintenance department to identify potential vehicle/equipment problems and to work with the shop mechanics to keep vehicles/equipment in good working order
PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Valid driver’s license
Medical DOT card
OSHA 10 training
Body work and painting experience a plus
Attention to detail with excellent communication skills
Be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and stooping-bending up to 80lbs several hours a day
Be able to stand or sit several hours a day
Must abide by all safety policies
Must be able to work independently.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Be able to work in extreme weather conditions
Be able to work the snow season and weekends
Must have valid drivers license, OSHA 10 or higher (we will pay for you to get this if you don't have it already), must be able to pass a drug test and obtain a DOT medical card, MA 2A-1C hoisting license a plus!
