Job Title: Chef, All levels, Head Chef to entry level
Job Desctiption: My restaurant is a fun place to learn and grow your talent. I have cooked all over the world, and have owned my own restaurant for 10+ years. We do tip pooling, so lately my chefs have walked out with $100 night in tips in addition to their pay. So whatever you are entry level, or coming with experience, you'll make ridiculous money. I work 80+ hours a week and lead by example, which if you don't know already, is a million times better than someone just telling what you to do from their couch. We close at 9pm, so not ridiculously late nights.
3 Things I care most about in regards to expectations from my staff:
1. Effort
2. Customer Service/Food Quality
3. Cleanliness
Willing to teach anyone willing to work hard. Cleanliness is imperative, and must get necessary permits, Serv Safe, Allergen Certified for anything more than entry position
