Job Title: Facilities Technician
Job Description: Donovan Services, Inc. (Hingham, MA) is hiring a Maintenance & Trades Technician responsible for general building maintenance and repairs. The role involves hands-on work including landscaping, tile work, masonry, painting, drain cleaning, digging, roofing, and light carpentry. The technician will operate tools and equipment, perform inspections and preventive maintenance, assist with basic electrical or plumbing tasks (with training), and work both independently and with vendors to resolve facility issues.
Key details:
Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year
Benefits: Health insurance (50% company paid), PTO, 401(k) with 4% match, company vehicle, training/tuition support
Schedule: About 50 hours per week (Monday–Friday) with occasional on-call availability on weekends for emergencies
