Stretch and Relax

The goal for this class is to teach participants seated chair stretches and exercises that can be performed at your desk along with breathing exercises to help reduce stress and anxiety. We will also engage in floor stretches that can be performed at the end of your day to help reduce low back pain and improve quality of sleep.

I hope this course will aid in improving personal wellbeing.

Recommended to bring your own water bottle and dress in appropriate workout/stretching attire.
