The Ignite Seminar employs the Ignatian pedagogical paradigm in the design and delivery of the course.

Faculty will receive Ignite Seminar Ignatian Pedagogy Training, hosted in conjunction with the Reinert Center for Transformative Teaching and Learning. These workshops will orient faculty members to the history and philosophy of Ignatian pedagogy, and will guide them in considering how to design the course to ensure that it makes this educational paradigm visible and accessible to students.
