Each module of Cura Personalis 1 has a required element - for Success and Wellness, all students are required to complete the Mental Well-being Module as part of the Everfi online platform.
Below are other potential topics, class activities, and readings to utilize to help students achieve the learning outcome for Module 2. These are potential - faculty are welcome (and encouraged!) to seek out other resources to implement.

Academic Success
Intro to Student Success Center, Writing Center, Career Services, Libraries
Building of skills such as organization, time management, study/test preparation
Personal Wellness
Intro to Student Health Center, University Counseling Center, Dean of Students Office, and Simon Recreation Center
Review of wellness strategies, self-care skills, etc.

Vector Student Well-being Training Module (Required)
Technology Webinar – Presentation on navigating EAB, Blackboard, Banner, Outlook
Guest speaker(s) from one or more of above offices
Student leader panel to offer advice and insights re: success and wellness
Wellness activity (yoga, meditation, etc.)
Group project – interview one of the campus offices above
Interview faculty member – What Has Helped You Be Successful? How Do You Keep Well?
