In 2026 the Education Levy is $350 per child. Payment of this levy is due by February. This levy covers the cost of your child’s stationery and school supplies, sporting events and costs for excursions and incursions. This levy does not cover Camps.
From 2026, all MACS schools are required to charge a Capital Levy. In 2025, this is $50 per family.
Fees for 2025 are $2075, per family. Statements will be sent home early in the school year with the full amount showing and account rendered statements will be sent home at the beginning of Terms 2 and 3. Your current balance and statements can also be viewed via ICON Community Portal.
You can choose to pay your Tuition Fees and Capital Levy via a regular payment plan or in three instalments:
$850 due in Term 1: 20 March 2026
$850 due in Term 2: 12 June 2026
$425 due in Term 3: 4 September 2026
If you choose to set up a regular payment plan, the weekly amount over 40 weeks is $53.00 and must be paid via Direct Debit or BPay.
Camp costs will be billed to the family account and appear on your school fee statement. These costs are to be paid by 20 March.

BPAY facility: BPAY details are on your statement.
Direct Debit facility: Direct Debit forms will be available at the school office at the beginning of the school year.
Credit Card facility: A Credit Card payment option is at the bottom of your school fee statement which can be completed and returned to the school office for processing.
The Department of Education & Training has introduced a Camp, Sport & Excursion Fund (CSEF) payment of $400 per child to eligible families holding a health care or pension card.
If you applied in a previous year and your card is still valid, you do not need to reapply in the first round.
If you have a new card, or another child has started at school, you will need to apply again.
Concessional school fees are available to any family who:
are of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander heritage
hold a Health Care Card (HCC) and eligible for CSEF
are experiencing severe financial hardship
hold a DVA Gold Card
identify as refugees and hold an ImmiCard.
