Administration of ZCMC BCP
Suggestions:
A committee be formed rather than a task force as the program will be long-term.
As to name, placing ZCMC BCP (ZCMC EQ-BCP) with the notation that EQ-BCP is the initial phase of the program development with a planning horizon to develop a comprehensive BCP eventually and the membership will most likely be the same (top level).
Inclusion of an IT member as eventually all documents in ZCMC should be digitalized for business continuity reason and the IT member is crucial in this task.
Administration of ZCMC BCP (ZCMC EQ-BCP)
There shall be a creation of a Committee on ZCMC BCP (ZCMC EQ-BCP) that will administer the plan.
The Committee on ZCMC BCP (ZCMC EQ-BCP) shall be created and appointed by the Chief of Hospital with formal appointment, job description and conforme by appointed members.
The membership shall include at least the following:
Chief of Hospital - Overall Supervision
HEMS - Program Coordinator
Safety Officer
Quality Officer
Facility Management Department or Engineering Officer
Administrative Officer
IT Officer
Human Resource Development Officer
Finance Officer
Chief of Medical Profession Service or Medical Director
Nursing Director
The Committee on ZCMC BCP (ZCMC EQ-BCP) shall be responsible for the continual development of the plan including deployment; training; evaluation and review.
