Before you can start using Woshi, you have to register an account. After submitting your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Activate your account by following the link contained in the e-mail. After this, you will be able to log in.

The login section is located at the bottom of the Woshi home page.

Registration is required for all users of the WoShi service. You must provide an e-mail in order to receive the account confirmation link. The confirmation link is sent automatically, usually in a matter of seconds. Without it, you cannot log in.

1. Registration

After the completion of the form below, you will get an e-mail asking you to confirm your account. From then on, you will be able to log in using your chosen username and password.

3. User menu

Here you can log out, edit your profile and change or reset your password.

We currently facilitate company administrator accounts only (accounts from which schedules are managed and calculated). Other employees do not register accounts. The administrator may input email addresses of the employees so that they can be notified about their shifts.

2. Logging in

Upon receiving the account confirmation email, follow the link contained within, and you will be sent to the login page.

4. Changing your password

You can change your password in the “account settings” dropdown menu.

5. Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page by providing the email with which you registered your account. If the email address is in our database, you will receive an email with the password reset link.

Clicking the link will send you to the page where you can select a new password.
