For each month, you set the number of hours each employee must work. Usually, the minimum hour requirement is simply the number of work days multiplied by 8, plus the number of holiday hours that count towards the required total. The maximum is incremented by the length of potential overtime. The minimum and maximum should also comply with any relevant laws.
Example:
In May, Erna, George, Jony and Mary are set to work anywhere between 160 and 188 hours, whereas the Student, between 30 and 100 hours.
Things to note:
Mandatory work hours must be defined for each month in the schedule duration that you set in the section "General".
Mandatory work hours must be defined for each worker for each month
The value in the "from" field must be smaller than the value in the "to" field
be careful not to assign two different values to the same worker for the same month.
