List all holidays for the duration of the scehdule. You can also mark a holiday as a work day by ticking the checkbox in the "Work day?" column. In the duration column, set the number of minutes counted towards monthly working obligation for employees not working on that day. The comment column is intended for the name of the holiday.
Mandatory fields:
date
is it a work day?
the number of minutes counted towards monthly working obligation
Example:
The first of May (the image above) is not a work day, and 8 hours count towards monthly working obligation.
The tenth of May is a work day, and no hours are counted towards monthly working obligation for the employees NOT working on that day. For working employees, work hours are counted normally.
Holidays and vacations can count towards monthly working obligation, depending on the way you set up monthly working obligation for employees. You must always specify how many minutes are counted towards the monthly total. For example, if an employee works 8 hours a day, the month has twenty work days and two holidays, you can resolve this in one of the following ways:
Set the monthly working obligation to 176 hours and the "duration" column of the holidays to 480 minutes (8 hours) so that they contribute 16 hours to the total.
Set the monthly working obligation to 160 hours and the duration column of the holidays to zero, since the monthly working obligation has already been satisfied.
The same goes for vacations.
