Book Buddies can have a positive impact to students of all ages. Partnering a class from the primary level up with a class from the upper elementary level can help students performing at all levels. Many students make meaningful connections to their partners. I've found that they go out of their way to say hello in the hallway, cafeteria, recess, and even on the bus. Partnering a class up will build school climate!
Things you can do with Book Buddies:
1. Crafts for holidays
2. Read a book
3. Write letters
4. create skits or plays for school assemblies
5. Teach social skills
