                                                 Scope of work document 8/11/2017

 # 1. Cover grounds  , shrubs & decks with tarps before roof removal begins.

       ( Set pipe scaffold as  needed if needed.)

 # 2. Remove single layer roofing materials to plywood sheathing.

      ( Spray  perimiters , eve and gables for ants as needed )

 # 3. Inspect for rot,repairs or related issues.

      ( No costs are included for rot, siding or related repairs if any are needed.)

 # 4. Apply ice and water shield at off sets if needed.

 # 5. Apply 30lb ASTM  Hal  felt underlayment.

 # 6. Install all new 2” eve line drip edge metals.

 # 7. Install transition flashing’s if needed.

 # 8. Install Roof to wall flashings if needed.

 # 9. Install  gable edge flashings.

# 10.Install  new  plumbing vent flashings.

# 12.apply Pabco p-30 roofing materials. Note high wind nailing pattern 8-10 nails per shingle.

# 13.Install all new  roof  plumbing vent flashings.

# 14.Cut back any shrubs, limbs , branches from roof top if needed..

# 15.remove side wall wood materials for side wall or transition metals if needed..

# 16. install side wall or roof to wall flashings if needed. .

# 17.No cost included for rot repairs if needed.

# 18.All areas of project to be kept as clean as possible as work progresses.

# 19 All areas of roof removal to be  left weather tight at the end of each work day.

# 20.Clean debre from gutters .

#21. no cost for plywood or any repairs to structure if needed.

# 22.Note , Waste & hauling fees are in addition to bid total.no cost ncluded.
