Gutters $1500 still to do
Pipe leak corrected needs $5k for plumbing, Tues of next week to finished out
After above committed repairs is there enough money to do the bathroom?
Answer is that someone would have to float bath til next year
Karen would rather have a kitchen project before a bath project, or deck, foundation
