SUMMER BOOKING SCHEDULE
Requests need to be in by April 1st for a maximum of two weeks prime time with flexibility to extend at the last minute if available.
Prime time is June 1-Sept. 15. Non-prime time can be an extended stay at a negotiated rate.
If you are there for more than a week some maintenance or payment for it needs to be done.
