The Wamboin Communications Action Group is proud to announce that after many years of lobbying on behalf of our community, the fibre network project has now been funded by the NSW government to the tune of $9.5 million, and a fibre provider (Opticomm) has been signed up to deliver fibre to the area. The expected completion date is end of 2023. WCAG will now work with the provider, to provide a conduit to the community engagement that forms the next phase in the rollout plans. Stay tuned!
