Tips after acceptance for presentation at a conference

Steps to take

1. Confirm acceptance with conference

2. Find coverage for day of presentation +/- other conference dates

3. Financial assistance

   1. Apply for Gatorade funding: E-mail jenika.christmas@medicine.ufl.edu with interest (requires copy of abstract, email acceptance) - See "Travel & Publications" on sidebar

      1. Note Gatorade Fund is ONLY for clinical research. You will not get funding for a case report or an oral presentation of a case report.

   2. Ask the department/attending your researhc is under for financial assistance if needed.
