Wendy Weiner owner of The Front Yard Gardener will be leading a workshop on the basics hot water process canning. Each attendee will take home a quart of canned tomatoes and a pint of canned dilly string beans. Will do my best to have organic tomatoes and string beans. Hosted by Coleen Markey.

$25.00 ~ to cover the cost of the class including instructor's fee, supplies and produce.
The class will be held at my home in Red Bank. Address and directions will be emailed to attendees.
Class size is limited to 10.
