Canning Homemade Applesauce and Apple~Pear Butter, Oct 24th 6:30pm, Red Bank

Wendy Weiner owner of The Front Yard Gardener will be leading a workshop on the basics hot water process canning. Each attendee will take home one quart of apple sauce, 2 pints of apple sauce and 2 jelly size jars of apple-pear butter.

$25.00 ~ to cover the cost of the class including instructor's fee, supplies and produce. The class will be held at my home in Red Bank. Address and directions will be emailed to attendees. Class size is limited to 10. Registration required through meetup.com link below.
